Please do not email copies of sensitive documents like ID's, SSN cards, passports. This ensures we can keep your information safe while ensuring a streamlined process for all financial aid students. 

Please keep your eyes open for the new 2026-2027 loan form. Due to the changes made by the Department of Education, we are currently working to ensure we have all the necessary information for loans prior to posting the form.  Olympic College does not automatically award loans and to request one you must complete the steps below. 

In the mean time you can start your counseling requirements for the 2026-2027 aid year.

  Please complete the required steps to get the loan process started. 

1. Entrance Counseling (required for first time borrowers or borrowers whose past student loan debt has been paid in full).
2. Master Promissory Note (eMPN). *
3. If it has been longer than 10 years since you have requested a loan please complete the Master Promissory Note (eMPN)

*You must sign into your OC student email to access the loan form or you can visit the Welcome Center for a paper option. 

Has your SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) status determined you ineligible for financial aid and you wish to appeal that status?

• Complete the form below and include any requested documentation. You must sign into your OC student email to access the form.
• You can expect to wait 2-3 weeks for the determination.
• Due to the short timeline between grades being posted and when we are able to run our SAP process it is highly unlikely your appeal will be reviewed prior to the second round of Registration drops. 

• Please have a backup plan to pay for tuition and fees if your appeal is not approved.

  *Our SAP policy and procedure has changed with the start of the 2025-2026 aid year. Please take the time to read it if you have any questions.

Please complete the specific form assigned to you and verify your identity either through our Virtual Office, at the Welcome Center, or with a notary public.

In accordance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), we cannot discuss a student's information with any third party—including parents—unless the student has completed a Release of Information form.

This form allows students to authorize Olympic College staff to share limited information with a designated individual or organization.
A new authorization is required each FAFSA aid year.

If you have a unique circumstance and are requesting an additional review of your eligibility, which can include a cost of attendance adjustment or a dependency override, please select the appropriate link for the form below. 

Note: All requests must be supported by documentation and a candid statement from the student. The student will need to sign into their OC student email to be able to complete the Microsoft form.
