Please do not email copies of sensitive documents like ID's, SSN cards, passports. This ensures we can keep your information safe while ensuring a streamlined process for all financial aid students.
Please keep your eyes open for the new 2026-2027 loan form. Due to the changes made by the Department of Education, we are currently working to ensure we have all the necessary information for loans prior to posting the form. Olympic College does not automatically award loans and to request one you must complete the steps below.
In the mean time you can start your counseling requirements for the 2026-2027 aid year.

Has your SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) status determined you ineligible for financial aid and you wish to appeal that status?
Please have a backup plan to pay for tuition and fees if your appeal is not approved.
Appeal to Regain Financial Aid Form

Have you been selected for Verification by the U.S. Department of Education or contacted by our Financial Aid Office?
Please complete the specific form assigned to you and verify your identity either through our Virtual Office, at the Welcome Center, or with a notary public.

In accordance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), we cannot discuss a student's information with any third party—including parents—unless the student has completed a Release of Information form.
This form allows students to authorize Olympic College staff to share limited information with a designated individual or organization.
A new authorization is required each FAFSA aid year.

If you have a unique circumstance and are requesting an additional review of your eligibility, which can include a cost of attendance adjustment or a dependency override, please select the appropriate link for the form below.
Note: All requests must be supported by documentation and a candid statement from the student. The student will need to sign into their OC student email to be able to complete the Microsoft form.
