Student Welfare Concerns
Complete this form if you are concerned for the welfare of a student, including observed behaviors involving emotional distress, signs of threat to self or others, etc.
This report is addressed by the OC CARE Team to connect the student with resources and/or assess any potential threats to the OC campus community.
The goal of our CARE Team is to intervene and assist the student before it escalates into an urgent matter. For this reason, faculty or staff with concerns for a student are asked to report them as soon as possible. Please do not worry whether your concerns are warranted or appropriate; we will sort through the details once we receive a report, then meet to determine the best response. Academic Integrity
Complete this form for academic integrity violations covered by WAC 132C-120-065(1).
These reports are reviewed by the Director of Community Standards and Title IX.

Student Conduct Code Violations
Complete this form to report all other violations of the OC Student Conduct Code covered by WAC 132C-120-065, except for academic integrity violations and violations related to harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct.
These reports are reviewed by the Director of Community Standards and Title IX.
Olympic College students and other OC campus community members may use this option to report behaviors believed to be a Student Conduct Code violation. Robust reporting is essential to initiating timely conversations with relevant student(s), with the focus on learning from the experience. While sanctions are sometimes appropriate, and we won't hesitate to take swift action to protect OC campus community, including via Summary Suspension and interim protective measures, the goal is to provide a fair process to everyone involved and to strive for a win-win-win resolution in the spirit of restorative justice where a violation is found.
Student Alert - Academic Concerns
Faculty complete alerts regarding academics through the Student Alert tool in ctcLink.
The Assistant Director of Advising or designee will review submitted student alerts and coordinate appropriate response.
The purpose of utilizing ctcLink's Student Alert tool is for situations where you continue to have academic concerns regarding attendance, assignments, grades, participation, or preparedness, even after you have personally reached out to your student. To initiate an academic alert, access your Class Roster in ctcLink and locate the "Submit Alert" column.
