Get Help & Support For Suicide

Call 988 if you’re in emotional distress or suicidal crisis.

If it’s an emergency, call 911. You can also go to your nearest emergency room. A medical professional can give information about your particular circumstances.

If you believe that someone else is in danger of suicide and you have their contact information, contact your local law enforcement for immediate help. You can also encourage the person to contact a suicide prevention hotline using the information above.

Most forms on this page are reviewed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Submissions are not reviewed after hours, on weekends or during holidays. Most offices try to respond to concerns within one business day; however, due to privacy laws, the reporter may not receive any further information after confirmation of report submission.
