Make-up Testing is available by appointment when approved by faculty. 

General Make-up Testing Information

• Make-up Testing is a service provided to assist faculty in administering exams to Olympic College students who have missed or will miss a testing session in class. Both written and computer-based make-up testing are available.
• Make-Up Testing is available by appointment basis during regular business hours.
• Make-Up Testing is also available during academic break periods on a more limited schedule.

Hours & Policies

The Olympic College Testing Center administers the computer-based GED test on behalf of GED Testing Services.

• GED Testing is available by appointment Monday – Friday.
• Visit the GED Testing Services website to schedule your appointment.
• Olympic College also offers non-credit GED prep courses available through our Transitional Studies office. 

GED Prep & Testing

The Olympic College Testing Center partners with Certiport and Pearson VUE to provide certification exams in a variety of topics such as the Microsoft Suite and many others. 

Certiport Testing

• Certiport testing for the Microsoft Suite of programs is available at the Olympic College Testing Center Monday – Friday.
• To schedule an exam, please contact Assessment & Testing Services.

Pearson VUE Testing

• PearsonVUE Testing is available Monday – Friday.
• Appointments can be scheduled online at the PearsonVUE website.
• Fees vary by exam and are paid online when setting the testing appointment.
• Candidates will receive a confirmation email with details for appointment check-in.

The Olympic College Assessment & Testing Center is available to proctor exams for students enrolled in independent study, online, correspondence, or distance education programs for institutions or businesses other than Olympic College.

Proctoring Services for written exams and computer-based exam are available by appointment during business hours.

Fee

Starting July 1, 2024, there is a $50.00 non-refundable fee per exam for all Proctoring Services. 

Please visit the Cashier's Office to pay the exam fee prior to checking in for the exam. You will need your Social Security number to create an Olympic College Student ID number when paying the Cashier.
