Public Hearing Notice – Student Conduct Code
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 1 pm on Tue, Feb 23, 2021, via Zoom.
The purpose of the hearing is to allow all interested persons an opportunity to present their views, either orally or in writing, on the proposed new rules in the Chapter 132C-120 WAC (Olympic College Student Conduct Code) and the repeal of Chapter 132C-285 WAC (Grievance Procedures).
New Title IX regulations, effective Aug 14, 2020, require the College to revise its student conduct code and grievance procedures for formal complaints of sexual harassment. The College can revise the grievance procedures through its own policy-making process.
