Does not meet licensing requirements in: 

• American Samoa, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New York, North Dakota, North Mariana Island, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
