A Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is a written legal contract between the Employer and Organized Labor. The CBA is negotiated and outlines terms of employment, including wages and working hours. Olympic College has a CBA with the Olympic College AHE (Association for Higher Education) and a CBA with WPEA (Washington Public Employees Association).
