Assessment & Testing Accommodation

Student Disability Services

To receive testing accommodation, students must have approved accommodation on file with the Student Disability Services (SDS).

The Assessment & Testing Center cannot approve accommodation directly. All accommodation requests must be reviewed and approved by SDS prior to testing.

Students are encouraged to submit documentation and request accommodation as early as possible, as processing may take time.

Once your accommodation is approved through Student Disability Services, you can schedule your test appointment using one of the available formats below:

Once your accommodation is approved through Student Disability Services, you can schedule your test appointment using one of the available formats below:

Confirmation

After submitting your test appointment request, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your test date, time, and class for your OC Make-up Accommodated Test. Your instructor will be copied on the email so they know to submit the exam to the Assessment & Testing Center.
