Transitional Studies Orientation Materials

If you are between 16 – 18 years of age, you must obtain a high school release form from the school district nearest your home. Please contact us if you need this form. 

If you are enrolling in High School+, you must provide official or unofficial transcripts from all high schools you attended. You can order transcripts from your high school, or through our transcript ordering service, Parchment.com.

You will need to activate your student accounts after you complete your application.  

Activate Your Olympic College Student Accounts

• Use this link to set up your ctcLink account: ctcLink Activation.
  • Then click “Activate Your Account” at the bottom of the page and type in your ctcLink number and create your password.
• Use this link to activate your student email address: EMAIL ACTIVATION.
  • At the top of the page, you can choose if you’d like to activate your account using the ctcLink login or by using your personal email address.

  Agree to the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement Hold in Your ctcLink

  (This is required before we can enroll you in classes)

• Log into your ctcLink Account, go to “ctcLink Login,” and enter your login information.
• You should see the “Student Financial Responsibility Agreement” hold on your dashboard, but if not you can click “My Information” and select “Holds.”
• Click on the “Student Financial Responsibility Agreement” hold, read through this and press “Agree.”
