The Olympic College Governance System supports the college mission of ensuring the success of our students at all levels. Governance provides a structured venue for diverse voices, including students, to participate in thoughtful deliberation around college policy, planning, and assessment. Governance stakeholders include students, classified professionals, faculty, and exempt administrators.
OC Board of Trustees Policy on Participatory Governance directs the College President to enact a system that values diverse voices, cooperation, collaboration, civility, respect and collegiality in a thoughtful deliberation and decision-making process.
