Studying abroad provides you the opportunity to:

  • Broaden your cross-cultural awareness
  • Appreciate different perspectives
  • Increase your confidence and independence
  • Speak a foreign language
  • Meet a diverse range of people

  • Gain valuable experience you can put on your resume or use in an interview such as:
    • Creative problem-solving experience in unfamiliar situations
    • Adaptability within culturally diverse environments
    • Excellent listening and communication skills

If you are looking for a long study abroad experience, OC partnered with 16 two-year colleges in Washington State to design study abroad programs specifically for community college students with the goal to offer programs that fit their degree programs and schedules  at a lower cost than they might find at a four-year institution.  This consortium is called The Washington State Community College Consortium for Study Abroad (WCCCSA).

OC is pleased to bring your the following programs through this partnership:

  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Berlin, Germany
  • South Korea
  • Lyon, France
