Foreign Transcript Evaluation

Students who have attended colleges/universities outside the United States must have their transcripts evaluated by a Foreign Credential Evaluation service.

Follow these steps to obtain a Foreign Credential Evaluation:

  1. Select an evaluation service listed below. Consult their website for documentation requirements.
  2. Request a course-by-course evaluation for academic purposes.
  3. Request official foreign credential evaluations be mailed directly to: 
    Olympic College
    Registration & Records
    1600 Chester Avenue
    Bremerton, WA 98337-1699
  4. Complete Olympic College Transcript Evaluation:
    1. Submit the Transcript Evaluation Request form.
    2. Submit at least the unofficial transcript from college/universities taken outside of the U.S. This is used to compare the student’s actual transcript with the foreign evaluation.
    3. These two documents may be turned in either:
      1. In-person at the Welcome Center
      2. Via to @email, or
      3. Fax to 360-475-7202
