1Plan Your Class Schedule
  • Class Search screen shot
    Log into the ctcLink Student Homepage.
  • Review class options using 'Class Search' under 'Class Information' in the left navigation.
  • Add classes to the Shopping Cart. Note: this does not enroll you into those classes.
  • Select classes that meet high school graduation requirements and your academic goals.

2Meet with High School Counselor

3Update your Academic Plan
  • Log into the OC academic planning tool My Academic Plan (MAP).
  • Update your MAP with the classes that you have taken and are planning to take.

4Attend Running Start Advising
  • Schedule an appointment with the Running Start Office using the online scheduling system.
  • Email your RSEVF (complete with required signatures) to RunningStart@olympic.edu at least two business days prior to your appointment (earlier is preferable). 
  • Review your 'Shopping Cart' and classes for availability in ctcLink prior to meeting with Running Start Student Success Coach/Representative.

Please Note: You must meet with a Running Start staff member before enrolling in classes. You will not be able to enroll without their authorization.

5Enroll in Classes
  • Check your time to enroll using the ctcLink Student Homepage. Students are assigned a time to enroll based on the cumulative number of credits earned 
  • Enroll in ctcLink Student Self-Service Portal or through Browse Classes
  • Review your schedule and verify enrollment is correct
