Overview
The Services & Activity Fee is collected to fund student-focused support systems - such as clubs, support groups and special programming - within the college. Money from the Services & Activity Fee budget is distributed by the Services & Activity Fee Committee.
Fees are assessed through quarterly tuition. Each year, the Student Government of Olympic College (SGOC) Director of Finance & Operations calls for budget requests. The committee then works to disseminate funds throughout the college.

How to Apply for Funding
- Budget requests are due by 11:59 pm, Feb 16, 2024
- Requests will be reviewed and scheduling for hearings will take place in February, March, and April.
- Hearings start the third week of February.

Download, complete and submit the the Services & Activity Fee Budget Cover Form.

2Fill out the Budget Request Spreadsheet
Download, complete, and submit the Budget Request spreadsheet, which provides instructions and examples allowing you to provide budget detail to the SGOC Director of Finance & Operations.
Note: this form is an Excel spreadsheet.
3Submit Completed Forms
After completing the forms, submit them to the SGOC Director of Finance & Operations for consideration.
