This program is designed for those with an associate's degree and equips you with the essential leadership skills across communications, project management, conflict resolution and more. You'll join a diverse cohort of ambitious learners who are ready to lead.
This flexible degree program is offered in the evening, with classes meeting on Tuesday or Wednesday nights. We offer an online and in-person option for the classes, making it a great option for working adults looking to take the next step in their careers or open the doors to new opportunities.
We encourage students to enroll by September 1 for priority consideration.
