Feeling stressed before finals? Relieve that stress with the various activities for De-Stress Week, June 9 - 13, 2025.

 

This virtual workshop will introduce the concept of mindfulness, offer a few practices, and hopefully leave us feeling calmer and more energized for the rest of our day. Whether you’re studying hard for exams or handling many tasks, these strategies can make college life more manageable!
