You might be surprised to learn that blowing bubbles can actually provide a sense of calm and help reduce anxiety! 

Bubble blowing, is a simple and enjoyable activity that has been used for centuries to promote relaxation and well-being. The act of blowing bubbles can help shift your focus away from stressors and onto the present moment! 

 

Come blow some bubbles and enjoy a popsicle!
