Leadership and Business Management programs include a two-year Associate of Applied Science-Transfer (AAS-T): Leadership and Business Management degree, with the option to transfer to our Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS): Organizational Leadership and Technical Management, as well as a Certificate of Proficiency (CP): Leadership and Business Management.
Get Academic Credit for Your Technical Experience
Earn up to 30 college credits towards your AAS-T in Leadership & Business Management based on your military experience or technical training in a variety of areas. Make an appointment with a Student Success Coach to learn more.

Every student is assigned an advising team consisting of your Student Success Coach and Faculty Advisor. Your Faculty Advisor is determined once you decide on your specific academic program. The following professor is the advisor for this program.
