This engaging and compassionate class explores what trauma is, how it affects us, and—most importantly—how resilience can transform our lives. Designed for adults seeking personal insight and emotional growth, the course blends meditative practices, storytelling, guest speakers, and hands-on resilience-building activities (plus snacks!). You’ll move beyond lectures into authentic conversations, creative exercises, and personal reflection that help you not just understand resilience—but embody it. Whether you're curious about psychology, healing, or simply want to better understand yourself and others, this class offers a welcoming space to show up, grow, and build a life rooted in strength and hope.
Especially supportive for those navigating anxiety, burnout, or life transitions. May be eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for nurses.
