
This course is designed to teach everything you'll need to know to get started with the fiber art of crochet. Students will be given an overview of common terms, tools and materials used in crochet. They will be instructed how to hold the yarn and crochet hook to create basic stitches such as chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet & double crochet. Students will learn as they create both flat and three dimensional items by working in the round as well as in turned rows.
