Intro to Workplace Communications is an introductory course designed to provide learners with a foundational understanding of effective communication skills. 

The course covers active listening techniques, written and digital communication, cultural sensitivity and diversity in communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.  
By the end of Workplace Communication, students should have acquired a comprehensive set of communication skills, enabling them to engage effectively in various personal and professional contexts while fostering positive relationships and understanding diverse perspectives.

This training provides participants with the practical, in-demand skills and the confidence necessary for success in pursuing either your long-term career or your educational goals. This certificate provides participants with soft skills training in key areas such as communication, teamwork, budgeting, resume writing, and job search strategies.

Completion of all 5 classes will lead to a Certificate of Completion in " Workplace Readiness".

1) Workplace Communications: This course provides learners with a foundational understanding of effective communication skills.

2) Resume Writing: An exploration into the fundamental principles of effective writing techniques for crafting impactful resumes.

3) Job Search Preparation: Offers introductory exploration into the fundamental principles of effective applying for and interviewing for jobs.

4) Teamwork: Come learn a foundational understanding of effective collaboration in group settings.

5) Budgeting: An introductory course designed to provide learners with a foundational understanding of personal finance and basic budgeting.
