Are you ready to craft the perfect seasonal cocktails?
 

This class will explore the history of cocktail bitters, their intended use, and current trends. The discussion will conclude with a recipe for making bitters at home, along with Q&A, and tips on how to source unique and hard-to-find ingredients.

The training is faciltated by Nate Rafn, former chef and current owner of Nathan Lee Bitters in Salem, Oregon.

Nate specializes in manufacturing oak-aged aromatic bitters for home cocktail enthusiasts, fine bars and restaurants. His experience working in food systems and the restaurant industry spans two decades.
