Join us for Thai cooking and make a full meal together at home with Chef Michele.
You’ll start with fresh spring rolls using shrimp, herbs, vegetables, noodles, and rice paper. Then, you’ll learn how to balance sweet, salty, sour, and spicy as we make dipping sauces and a classic Pad Thai.
This class is hands-on, beginner-friendly, and designed for families to cook and eat together.
Class Prep Timeline & Communication
- 5 days before class: Chef Michele emails students the equipment list and grocery shopping list. Note: there are no refunds available after this time.
- 3 days before class: Chef Michele emails students the recipe packet and login information for accessing any prep videos.
- 1 day after class: The instructor emails students a link to the replay video recording.
