This presentation is designed to reframe resume writing as a strategic, ongoing process rather than a one-time task. It introduces the concept of the master resume as a comprehensive, living document that captures a person’s full range of experience, skills, and accomplishments. Participants learn how to translate their work into clear, evidence-based statements that demonstrate value, scale, and impact. The goal is to equip individuals with a durable foundation they can use to build targeted resumes, prepare for interviews, and confidently advocate for themselves across career transitions.

This presentation is designed for all student, Military-Connected and Civilian.
