Housing Options
Located one block from the Olympic College campus, the Residence Hall provides students with affordable, comfortable and safe housing, in a diverse, multi-national living and learning environment. Rooms come with twin beds, armoires, desks, office chairs, kitchen table, kitchen, and bathroom.
Residence Hall Costs
- Small Double Occupancy: $1,923 per quarter (3 months). 400 square feet. Shared with another college student.
- Large Double Occupancy: $2,137 per quarter (3 months). 480 square feet. Shared with another college student.
- Bedding Set: $150 (includes sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blanket, comforter, towel set, bedside organizer)
- Community Fee: $50 per quarter (Goes towards community events and programming.)
- Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $150
- Refundable Damage Deposit: $200 (Refundable if there is no damage upon checkout.)
- International Housing Application Fee: $325 includes Housing Application and Airport Pickup at SeaTac Airport at a designated time.
Note: Students must be at least 17 years old to live in the Residence Hall. Students younger than 18 must fill out and submit a Limited Power of Attorney and Minor Release Form to @email.
