Overview

The Residence Hall bills residents based on the college’s academic calendar.

License Agreements are offered for 10-month or 12-month periods. Students can request to end their Licenses Agreement early by submitting a request to the Residence Hall Manager. Residents are billed per quarter and payment is expected in full by the end of the first week in the quarter. Payment plans available and are approved by the Residence Hall Manager. 

Residents moving in mid-year will be issued a license agreement beginning from their move-in date through the end of the academic year.

Rates include all utilities, Wi-Fi, furniture, access to the community room, events, parking, and more.

You may be able to use your financial aid for housing expenses. For more information, please check with the Financial Aid Office.

Fees & deposits

Application Fee

Each new applicant must submit a nonrefundable $150 application fee.

Damage Deposit

There is a one-time $200 damage deposit required prior to move-in for each resident. Damage deposits are refundable provided there is no damage to the resident’s room upon checkout.

Community Fee

Each resident is billed a $50 community fee per quarter which goes toward community events and programming.

Bedding Sets 

Any student wishing to purchase a bedding set can email @email and request one. Bedding sets are $150 and will be charged to each students CTC Link account. 

Each bedding set includes the following, and will be set up prior to the students' arrival: 

  • Twin XL Fitted Sheet
  • Twin XL Sheet
  • 2 Pillows 
  • 2 Pillowcases
  • 1 Twin XL Size Blanket
  • 1 Twin XL Size Comforter
  • 1 Towel Set (1 Large, 1 Medium, and 1 Small Towel) 
  • 1 Bedside Organizer 

Making Payments

There are several options for processing payments:

  • Submit a check or money order payable to Olympic College (Please send to Cashiers Office 1600 Chester Ave Building 4 Bremerton, WA 98337)

Move in + Move-Out Dates

Residents are permitted to remain in the Residence Hall if they are returning for the following academic quarter.

For residents moving in, move in's can be performed after the following dates:

  • Summer Quarter: June 28th, 2024
  • Fall Quarter: September 15th, 2024
  • Winter Quarter: December 31st, 2024
  • Spring Quarter: April 4th, 2024

*Students can request early move in's. Requests are approved based on room maintenance schedules and availability. Early move in's will billed based on a prorated daily amount. Please email @email to request early move in's. 

For residents not returning the following quarter, move-out's must be performed before the following dates:

  • Summer Quarter: August 25th, 2024
  • Fall Quarter: December 16th, 2024 
  • Winter Quarter: March 24th, 2024
  • Spring Quarter: June 26th, 2024

Residents requesting to move out after these dates must get approval from the Residence Hall Manager at least 30 days prior. Late stays will be billed based on a prorated daily amount.
