This course explores the core components of supply chains, starting with the structures that support modern commerce, including e‑commerce, home delivery, cross‑docking, and traditional stocking distribution. You’ll examine how supply chains vary based on product type, volume, seasonality, and domestic versus international production. The course also covers developing systems and trackers to monitor labor, process efficiency, and costs—helping ensure that growth, improvements, and expansion are both profitable and sustainable.
