NextGen L.E.A.D.E.R. Program: Personal & Leadership Identity

Next Generation L.E.A.D.E.R. takes a holistic approach to student leadership by connecting leadership development with career readiness. In collaboration with the Career Center, the program provides current and aspiring student leaders with opportunities to develop leadership skills, build professional connections, and gain the confidence to thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
