Community Leadership Institute (CLI) is a 4-week intergroup dialogue program that develops student leaders through reflective practice, community engagement skills, and collaborative problem-solving. 

Event Details: Oct. 29, 1:30pm-3pm | MIX Center, OC Bremerton

Learning Outcome: A highly structured intergroup dialogue. Students share pivotal moments from their own identity development, practicing active listening to understand how different backgrounds yield different perspectives.

This event is open to all OC students. No registration needed.
