Community Leadership Institute (CLI) is a 4-week intergroup dialogue program that develops student leaders through reflective practice, community engagement skills, and collaborative problem-solving.

Learning Outcome: Synthesize the quarter’s insights into a formal, written personal leadership philosophy that clearly states how the leader will manage their biases and honor their cultural identity.
