Community Leadership Institute (CLI) is a 4-week intergroup dialogue program that develops student leaders through reflective practice, community engagement skills, and collaborative problem-solving. 

Event Details: Oct. 15, 1:30pm-3pm | MIX Center, OC Bremerton

Learning Outcome: Unpacking how implicit biases form. Students identify their personal “leadership defaults” – how they naturally handle trust, delegation, or authority – and where those defaults stem from.
