What is Science of Hope?
What is Science of Hope?
Hope is the belief that your future will be better than today and you have the power to make it so. Science of Hope is an evidence-based practice developed by psychologist and professor Charles 'Rick' Snyder in the 1980s. Psychologist Chan Hellman later expanded the measurable framework through the Hope Research Center at the University of Oklahoma.
