Overview

The digital media program offers students hands-on experience in the ever-changing field of digital media, photography, photo editing, Photoshop and drone photography. Students practice digital media techniques and strategies that include photography, video, web and design projects that prepare them for working with clients and within organizations to meet digital media-based technical needs. Through the digital media program, students may earn the following credentials

  • Interactive Web Design Associate in Applied Science Degree-Transfer (AAS-T)
  • Digital Media Arts Certificate of Completion
  • Digital Photography Certificate of Recognition

Consider Our Drone Pilot Program

Interested in a career as a drone pilot? Gain your Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification, and learn specialized drone piloting skills in photography or surveying. Courses cover such topics as augmented reality/virtual reality, drone photography, geographic information systems (GIS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhanced photography and more.

Every student is assigned an advising team consisting of your Student Success Coach and Faculty Advisor. Your Faculty Advisor is determined once you decide on your specific academic program. The following professor is your Faculty Advisor for Digital Media.
