Overview

Our curriculum explores literature from around the world and emphasizes written arts and communication skills to engage in meaningful conversation and connection across differences and modalities. Courses in composition teach strong research practices, critical thinking, and rhetorical awareness. Courses in literature explore a diverse range of works and their historical and social contexts, many meeting Olympic College’s diversity and social justice degree requirement. Courses in creative writing cultivate craft, expression, and imagination.
