You can purchase textbooks and other course materials on our store website here. Simply enter your course information, including department, course number, section number and instructor. If you are unsure of your course information, you may review your courses on ctcLink or Canvas. Once you have entered all your courses, click View Your Materials on the bottom righthand corner. On the next page you may view your purchase options and add materials to your cart. Once you have finished selecting your materials, click Continue Checkout on the bottom righthand corner. Here you can review your cart and make changes as needed.

Once you have finalized your order, click Checkout on the righthand side. You will then be prompted to select how we update your order if your instructor changes course materials. If an instructor changes course materials before an order is processed, we will remove unnecessary items. However, for materials your instructor may add to the course, please indicate if the bookstore should adjust your order when it is filled. You may also be prompted to select what condition you prefer your textbooks. We will always fulfill your order as requested when possible, however if your preferred condition is not available, we will fulfill your order using whichever condition is in stock.

Once you have indicated your order preferences, proceed to Payment Options. Here you may Checkout As Guest or Create Profile for Browsing and Shopping*. On the next screen, please indicate your shipping method. We offer free in-store pickup at the Bremerton campus or UPS Ground shipping for $8.95 (typically takes 2-3 business days to process). Once your shipping method is selected, you may enter your credit card information or select Financial Aid to pay for your order. After inputting your payment information, you may include comments regarding your order in the Order Comments field. Next, hit Save & Continue, then Place Order on the righthand side of the screen. You will then be given an order confirmation. Please be aware that your order confirmation is not your receipt, it is an estimated total given at the time of checkout. Your payment information is not charged until your order is processed by the store, which may take 1-2 business days. When your order is fulfilled by our staff, your final total may differ from your order confirmation, especially if you opted-in to course material updates or if the textbook conditions you requested were unavailable.

*Please note that if you are using financial aid to pay for your materials, you will need to create an account.

To purchase course materials using financial aid on our website, please follow the above instructions on How do I purchase textbooks and other course materials online? Once you arrive at the Payment Options screen, please select Create Profile for Browsing and Shopping; Creating a profile is required for all financial aid purchases. In the profile creation screen, it will ask for your account number. Your account number is your ctcLink/student ID number. If you are unsure of what your ctcLink number is, please contact the Welcome Center. Once you have created your profile, please select Financial Aid as your form of payment, and re-enter your ctcLink number when prompted. When you submit your order, it will be sent to our store for fulfillment and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.

To purchase course materials using financial aid in-store, simply provide your ctcLink/student ID number to our cashiers when checking out. They will run a financial inquiry to determine if you have funds and then charge all eligible items in your purchase to your financial aid source.

Please be aware that there are many different types of financial aid, and each source has different guidelines on what, when, and how purchases can be made. For more information regarding financial aid and eligible products, please discuss with your financial aid source or contact the Financial Aid office.

We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept some financial aid sources. To determine your financial aid eligibility, please visit the Welcome Center.

We do NOT accept checks or EBT at this time.

No, you do not have to be an OC student to shop at our store! Whether you're a staff or faculty member, alumni, or community member, everyone is welcome to stop by and enjoy our wide selection of products and friendly service.

Yes, we do buy back textbooks. However, we will only buy textbooks during certain times of the year. Typically we will open buybacks during the last week of the quarter (finals week). You may bring by any book to be appraised, however we cannot guarantee that we will buy any specific title. We also cannot provide any quotes via email or phone, as demand for textbooks is always subject to change. For all textbook buybacks, we will provide payment in cash at the time of receipt.

We will notify the student body when buybacks are open, so be on the lookout for an email or Canvas notice from us as we approach the end of each quarter!

Yes, we offer a selection of regalia and other products to help make your graduation unforgettable! Graduation regalia is not available year round; typically it is available starting mid-April. We sell cap, gown and tassel bundles for our certifications, associate degrees, and bachelor programs. We also offer graduation accessories such as extra tassels, caps and keychains. • Typically, textbook rentals are due on the last day of the quarter. We provide a drop-box outside building 10 on the Bremerton campus to accommodate for rental check-ins after hours.

• Textbooks may be returned during the first two weeks of classes only, unless you have dropped your course, in which case the final date of return gets extended to the add/drop deadline. You must also provide documentation of the dropped course.

• Typically, general merchandise returns may only be made within 14 days of your original purchase, and you must provide your original receipt.
• Clothing and Apparel must be unworn with their original tags.
• Electronic and technology items are final sale unless manufacturer defective.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom course packets and materials
• Software with broken seals
• Digital downloads and access codes that have been activated
• Personal items (earbuds, undergarments, etc.)
• Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
