The purpose of these FREE monthly mindful yoga sessions is to engage the OC community in prioritizing both their mental and physical well-being while fostering a stronger connection to our campus community. Each yoga session, participants will come together for one-hour focused on a simple beginner's class following Vinyasa yoga, or "flow" yoga and mindful movement, creating a space for self-awareness and connection with the body. The series will follow simple yet effective yoga routines suitable for all levels.
