This interactive professional learning experience equips educators with the tools and strategies to design lessons that meet the needs of all learners through the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Participants will explore how to create flexible, engaging, and accessible learning environments that remove barriers and promote success for every student. By the end of the course, teachers will leave with a fully developed UDL-aligned lesson ready for implementation in their classroom. Through hands-on activities, collaborative planning, and practical applications, educators will learn to integrate culturally responsive practices, social-emotional learning (SEL), and evidence-based instructional strategies into their teaching. This course emphasizes designing lessons that provide multiple means of representation, engagement, and expression, ensuring equitable access for English Language Learners, students receiving special education services, and diverse learners.
