Discover the art of leatherworking in this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop designed to build confidence and spark creativity. Over four engaging hours, you'll learn the essential skills behind quality leathercraft, including material selection, cutting, tooling and stamping, edge finishing, dyeing, hand stitching, and setting simple hardware. The class starts with a small practice projects such as a bookmarks or keychains before you choose and create a larger piece. Options include a 4×6 journal cover, knife sheath, or a smart phone cross-body or belt pouch. With guided instruction and all materials included, you will leave with new skills and a handcrafted project you can be proud of. All materials included in class fee.
