Why attend the HUMAN Conference?
Why attend the HUMAN Conference?
The HUMAN Conference convenes students, educators, civic leaders, public servants, community organizers, nonprofit partners, healthcare professionals, and regional collaborators to strengthen the workforce readiness, support student success, and build systems capable of sustaining growth, access, and long-term outcomes.
On May 22, 2026, Olympic College will host HUMAN as a one-day immersive regional gathering designed to move beyond conversation into action. Through guided practice labs, keynotes, and cross-sector dialogue, participants will explore how identity, resilience, and shared responsibility strengthen workplaces, campuses, and workforce pathways.
HUMAN centers a simple but powerful idea: how we work and support one another directly shape outcomes. The conference creates space to reflect, apply, and strengthen the practices and systems that improve student success, employee effectiveness, and community impact.
As HUMAN grows, the vision extends beyond a single event. The conference serves as a catalyst for ongoing workforce development, institutionallearning, leadership development, public engagement, and partnerships that strengthen outcomes across Kitsap County and beyond.
Participants will:
- Connect with leaders and partners working across education, government, healthcare, nonprofit, and workforce systems.
- Learn through dynamic keynotes and implementation-focused guided practice sessions grounded in applied learning and measurable outcomes.
- Strengthen their ability to lead effectively with tools, accountability commitments, and cross-sector relationships that continue beyond the conference.
Whether you are supporting student success, improving organizational performance, navigating change, or strengthening workforce systems, HUMAN offers space for application, alignment, and meaningful impact. Join a growing effort where effectiveness is strengthened, outcomes are improved, and institutional transformation becomes a shared responsibility.
