Join Chef Michele on Zoom and learn how to make Pasta e Fagioli soup, a winter favorite that’s hearty, simple, and full of flavor. You’ll cook alongside Michele, step-by-step, and build a rich base using pantry staples and fresh aromatics.
While the soup simmers, you’ll make homemade focaccia dough and prep it for baking. You’ll learn how to mix, shape, and top the dough so it bakes up golden and crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. By the end of class, you’ll have a full pot of Pasta e Fagioli and homemade focaccia to enjoy with your soup.
