Early Registration

Purpose
Washington State colleges and universities offer early registration in order to assist students reach their higher education goals due to specific challenges. Olympic College has the following groups of students who would benefit from early registration because they may need additional assistance in meeting scheduling needs, have a limited amount of time to use their educational benefits before they run out, may need accommodations through Student Disability Services, or are a member of a disenfranchised group.
Policy
Olympic College will offer early registration for the following groups:
- Running Start students
- Students who self-identify their military service in the United States Armed Forces or Uniformed Services at the time of application or afterwards (those coded as SVBA, SVBB, SVBC, SVBD, SVBG, SVBH, SVBJ, SVBV, SVBZ)
- Students with disabilities with an approved early registration accommodation through Student Disability Services
- Students who self-identify on their admission application and with the Resource Center as foster youth
- Students who self-identify as homeless and provide documentation with the Resource Center
- Students on an F1 visa status issued on an OC I-20 through the International Education Office
- Student athletes who are part of a Northwest Athletic Conference affiliated team at Olympic College
