As part of our Well-Being Wednesday Series.
Hope can be defined as the belief that the future holds the potential for improvement and that you have a role in making that future a reality. According to psychological research, hope is a crucial predictor of well-being and mental health, for both youth and adults.
This workshop will introduce how we set and work towards our goals. Hope is closely linked to our ability to set these goals, devise ways to achieve them, and sustain our efforts. We will talk about hope and our ability to set goals, create pathways, and harness willpower to positively impact student's mental health and work towards a better future at Olympic College.
This workshop is free to OC students and staff and registration is not required.
