Biotechnology is a cutting-edge field that uses living cells and other materials to create pharmaceutical, diagnostic, agricultural, environmental and other products of value. People working in this field make groundbreaking discoveries that fight disease, improve food production, clean up the environment and make manufacturing more efficient and profitable.

Academic Programs
Olympic College offers a variety of biological, environmental, chemistry, geology and Earth science courses that you can take as distribution requirements and electives towards your degree. We offer two options: Associate in Arts - Direct Transfer Agreement (AA-DTA): Biotechnology; and Associate in Science-Transfer, Track 1 (AS-T, Track 1): Biotechnology.
