Check your payment status using ctcLink Student Homepage or Mobile Dashboard.

• Click the 'Financial Account' tile.
  • If paid in full, the following message will display: 'You have no outstanding charges at this time.'
  • If payment is owing, an amount due will display.

Note: Payment using financial aid or other assistance will not show as paid until the first day of the term. If payment is owing at that time contact your payment source immediately to ensure payment will be made before the deadline.

Tuition Payment Plan

Olympic College will produce a 1098-T Tuition Statement form for students who accrued qualifying tuition and related expenses for the calendar year. You now have the opportunity to receive this electronically. If you would like to receive your form electronically, please follow the steps below. If you do not provide consent, the 1098-T form will be mailed to the current address on file.

Grant Electronic Consent

1. Log into ctcLink
2. Select the Financial Account tile.
3. Select the Account Services button on the left menu to expand and show the View 1098-T option.
4. Select the View 1098-T button to display available 1098-T's.
5. A button allowing you to consent to view your 1098-T online becomes available if you have not viewed your 1098-T already.
6. Select the Grant Consent button to display the 1098-T Consent Agreement text.
7. Select the 'Yes, I have read the agreement' checkbox and then select the Submit button.

Update mailing address, if needed

1. Log into ctcLink
2. Select the My Information option.
3. Select the Addresses option.
4. Enter address information and click Save button.
