Unofficial Transcripts

Use OASIS to get an unofficial copy of your transcript. For more information, go to our OASIS Transcript and Grades page. If you have not attended OC since 1986, your transcript records are not available using OASIS. You may still obtain your records either in person at the Registration and Records Office (with photo ID) or by ordering an official transcript. See the "Records" Office link on the left.

Official Transcripts

The Office of Registration and Records maintains all students' transcripts and records. Requests for official transcripts should be addressed to the Office of Registration and Records. Transcripts requested for mailing to off-campus locations are sent within two to four working days of request.

Official records of all students who attended Olympic College are on file in the Office of Registration and Records. Official records are available from Olympic College's establishment in 1946.

To request an official transcript , complete the Transcript Request Form and deliver or fax it to the Office of Registration and Records . If you are not using the request form, please write a request statement including your:

  • Student Identification Number
  • Social Security Number
  • Birth date
  • Approximate dates of attendance
  • Any previous names used
  • Current mailing address and phone number
  • Where you would like the transcript sent

Your signature is required to release your transcript as stated under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Official copies are $5.00 each.  If you fax the request, include your Visa or MasterCard number expiration date and 3 digit security code (found on back of card) or contact the Cashier to make your payment.  While we can accept your request via fax, we cannot send a transcript by fax under most circumstances.
