How to Apply for Graduation
Students must apply to graduate. Associate degree candidates are encouraged to submit their application one quarter before they plan to graduate to resolve any deficiencies. Certificate and degree applications must be submitted by the published deadline (see deadline section below).

Get the necessary signatures.
Submit your application to the Cashier's Office with the application fee. See cost below.
Receive written notification of status a few weeks after the quarter end. See Awarded Diplomas and Certificates section below for more information.

- Complete the appropriate Graduation Application.
$20.00 fee for the first degree (non-refundable)
$ 5.00 fee for each subsequent degree (non-refundable)
$ 5.00 fee for mailing diploma (optional)
$10 fee for the first certificate (non-refundable)
$5 fee for each additional certificate (non-refundable)
Note: These fees became effective July 1, 2011. Applications received after this date will be subject to these fees.
