How to Apply for Graduation

Students must apply to graduate. Associate degree candidates are encouraged to submit their application one quarter before they plan to graduate to resolve any deficiencies. Certificate and degree applications must by submitted by the published deadline.

How to apply

1. Complete the appropriate application.

• Graduation Application - Certificate (PDF file)

• Graduation Application - AAS (PDF file)

• Graduation Degree Application - AS Track 1 & 2 (See the appropriate faculty advisor for a copy)

• Graduation Degree Application - ATA (PDF file) 

• 2008-2009 Graduation Application

2. Get the necessary signatures.
3. Submit your application
• Degree - Submit to the Cashier's Office with the graduation fee.
• Certificates - Submit to the Registration and Records office. A fee is not charged.
4. Receive written notification. A letter will be sent letting you know if you did indeed graduate.
