How to Apply for Graduation

Students must apply to graduate. Associate degree candidates are encouraged to submit their application one quarter before they plan to graduate to resolve any deficiencies. Certificate and degree applications must be submitted by the published deadline.

1. See application deadlines (below).
2. Complete the appropriate Graduation Application.
• Associate in Arts and Sciences (AAS-DTA)
• Associate in Arts (AA-DTA)
• Associate in General Studies (AGS)
• Associate in Technical Arts
• Associate in Applied Science (or Associate in Applied Science - T)
• Associate in Science
• Certificate Application
3. Get the necessary signatures.
4. Submit your application
• Degree - Submit to the Cashier's Office with the graduation fee.
• Certificates - Submit to the Registration and Records office. A fee is not charged.
5. Receive written notification of status.
