Contact Information Form
International Students must inform the Admissions office of any new contact information.  Use this form to submit new contact information.

Program Extension Form (PDF file)
A program extension is necessary if you require additional time to complete your program. Please fill out this form, have your faculty advisor sign it, and turn it in to the Registration and Records office.

Transfer In Form (PDF file)
This form is for international students who have an I-20 from another school, but would like to transfer in to Olympic College

Transfer Out Form (PDF file)
This form is for International Students who have an I-20 from Olympic College, but would like to transfer to another school.
