Program Extension Form (PDF file)
A program extension is necessary if you require additional time to complete your program. Please fill out this form, have your faculty adviser sign it, and turn it in to the International Student Program Office at HSS207.
A reduced load request is necessary if you are not taking 12 credits or more to comply with SEVIS regulation due to unforeseen circumstance. Please fill out this form with an evidence attached, and turn it in to the International Student Program Office at HSS207.
Transfer In Form (PDF file)
This form is for international students who have an I-20 from another school, but would like to transfer in to Olympic College
Transfer Out Form (PDF file)
This form is for International Students who have an I-20 from Olympic College, but would like to transfer to another school.
