Overview

The OC Film School offers the serious student a unique blend of film theory and practical hands-on training. Our students learn the craft and techniques of narrative storytelling while acquiring the technical skills and artistic sensibilities necessary to compete in the new emerging frontier of digital filmmaking. Our curriculum integrates concentrated classroom study of all the major filmmaking disciplines with intensive hands-on experience in student film projects, because our philosophy stipulates that the fruits of theory realize full maturity in the practical application of the art. Our Digital Filmmaking classes give students collaborative hands-on cinematography, sound, and editing experience through the creation of award-winning short film projects.

Why Choose Olympic College Film School

UNBEATABLE PRICE

The most affordable filmmaking program in the country

The average price to attend film schools nationally can cost upwards of $35,000/year. Students attending the OC Film School won’t pay close to that in the four years combined, which means students finish our program with far less debt than other film school graduates.
