Mission
To develop, implement, and support sound human resource programs and processes, within the guidelines of bargained work agreements, and other related statutes, policies, and procedures.
Vision
We seek to develop and implement policies, programs, and benefits that create and sustain a highly qualified workforce. We will provide human resource leadership in the College community that fosters a challenging and supportive work environment that enables employees to maximize their contributions to the achievement of the College's mission and goals.
