Record Storage & Disposal

Record storage and disposal are key functions that support the Community and Technical College public records management program. Records are stored then destroyed at the end of the retention period specified on the retention schedule. Each office or area has a record custodian responsible for record management. The record custodian completes form OLC-AAP-014 for each box of records to be stored or destroyed. Contact the Duplicating and Mailing Services Program Manager for further directions.
