Part-time hourly workers are paid via time card. Time cards must be signed by the supervisor and/or Budget Administrator then sent to payroll by the last day of each month. Only the hours worked are paid. Without a properly completed time card, the employee will not be paid.

Hourly employees are paid on the 10th of each month (or the closest working day to the 10th). Pay checks may be picked up at the payroll office; however employees are encouraged to have their checks deposited directly to their bank by electronic transfer. Payroll deposits to your bank or credit union is available. Direct deposit forms are available from the Human Resource Office or Payroll. Contact the payroll office for more specific information regarding payroll. Payroll is located on the third floor of the College Service Center.

O.A.S.I., Medical Aid, Workers Comp, Federal Income Tax

Withholding for Social Security tax (O.A.S.I.) is deducted according to the current rate (see Payroll link at right). The College matches the employee's contribution. In addition, Medical Aid and Workers Compensation is deducted from all employees of the college. Federal Income tax is deducted according to the current W-4 completed by each employee.
